Product could not change so had to fight to change the product in 48h still with Santander so that she was allowed to take a second charge for the bridge. She used the bridge to renovate a BTL before making a profit at sale.

Investors pulled out so didn’t have a deposit anymore, but we raised the deposit figure from a multi family office to allow the 65% bridging loan to complete.
