Clients whose funding has fallen through days before completion, or who need to complete before a related sale.

Yes. Solicitors, estate and auction agents, accountants and other brokers refer cases to us regularly, particularly where a client needs to move faster than mainstream lending allows.
Where a commission arrangement applies, it is agreed with you in writing before we take the case on, and it is also disclosed to your client alongside our own fee. We will not put you in a position where your client learns about an arrangement from someone else.

It depends on the type of business. Unregulated bridging, development and commercial cases can generally be introduced without permissions of your own. Regulated mortgage business is different, and we will confirm the position with you before accepting a referral of that kind.
Amram Finance Ltd is a credit broker, not a lender. We do not lend our own money and we do not approve or issue loan offers.
Your property may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on a loan secured on it. Some forms of bridging finance and buy-to-let lending are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
