What this website is
These terms cover your use of this website. The broker relationship itself — our fees, what we will do for you and what we need from you — is governed by a separate client agreement which we provide before you instruct us.
This website provides general information about the property finance we arrange, tools to help you understand what finance might cost, and a way to make an enquiry.
Nothing on this website is a personal recommendation, a quotation or an offer of finance. Amram Finance Ltd is a credit broker, not a lender. We do not lend our own money and we do not approve or issue loan offers. Any finance is provided by a lender, on that lender’s terms, following its own assessment.
Figures, examples and the calculator
The calculator and any worked examples use illustrative market assumptions. They are provided so you can understand how bridging finance is priced and structured. They are not Amram Finance’s rates, they are not based on your circumstances, and they do not take account of the specific property, your credit history or your experience.
Actual terms are set by a lender after a full assessment, and will differ. You should not make a financial decision on the basis of a figure produced by this website alone.
Accuracy
We take reasonable care to keep this website accurate and up to date, but specialist finance criteria change frequently. We do not warrant that the content is complete or current, and we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on it.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:

- submit false information through our forms, or submit enquiries on behalf of someone who has not asked you to
